Newsletter Regulations

  1. The https://mbackdrops.pl website allows you to subscribe to a newsletter and receive electronically a free newsletter sent by Studio Kreatywne Magdalena Rączka with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Sarego 18/1, 31-047, hereinafter referred to as Creative Studio.
  2. Subscribing to the newsletter requires an email address, first name and optionally last name. The e-mail address will only be used to send messages within the newsletter service.
  3. After subscribing to the newsletter, you will receive information related to the content published on https://mbackdrops.pl. The information contained in the newsletter may constitute commercial information, as defined in Art. 2 of the Law of July 18, 2002. on the provision of electronic services, which may apply to both Creative Studio and its partners.
  4. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time – by clicking the appropriate link at the end of each message sent as part of the newsletter.
  5. Any questions or comments about the newsletter should be submitted to [email protected]. Creative Studio will endeavor to answer your questions within 10 business days.
  6. The administrator of your personal data is Studio Kreatywne Magdalena Rączka with its registered office in Cracow, ul. Sarego 18/1.
  7. The following categories of your personal data are processed: e-mail address (whereby your address may also include information on: name and employer), first name and last name.
  8. Your personal data will be processed until we receive a request from you to terminate your newsletter subscription.
  9. Your data is shared with the following categories of subcontractors of the Administrator (Creative Studio): UAB “MailerLite” (operator of the Mailerlite service) for the purpose of providing technical support for the newsletter.
  10. The basis for the processing of your data is a contract for the provision of a free newsletter service – Art. 6 paragraph. 1(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  11. You are entitled to:
    a) obtain information on data processing, including the categories of personal data processed and possible recipients of the data,
    (b) request correction of incorrect data or completion of incomplete data,
    (c) a request for erasure or restriction of data processing – whereby the request will be fulfilled if the legal requirements for such a request are met,
    (d) data portability – by receiving data from the controller in a format that allows its transfer to a third party of choice,
    (e) file a complaint with the supervisory authority President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw – in case it is determined that the data is processed in violation of the law.
  12. All requests, questions and demands related to the processing of personal data should be addressed to [email protected]. In addition, the request for deletion of data (unsubscription) can be fulfilled by clicking the appropriate link provided in the footer of each newsletter message.
  13. These regulations are effective as of May 10, 2021.
